Basic Model

Rubber Bushing Series Pipeline Cleaner

It is consists of steel main body(Made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti materials for DN250) polyvinyl fluoride resin (rubber) bushing. It is used for pipeline sweeping and cleaning and air expelling before water pressure testing,medium segregation of mixing pipeline, natural gas, city gas inflammable medium air expelling. It enables residual rocks, tools and other foreign matters to be removed from the pipelines that left over when construction and installation took place.

Two-Way Pipeline Cleaner

It is composed of steel main body, polyvinyl fluoride resin support plate and sealing plate. It has two way moving sweeping. segregating and water- proofing functions, suitable especially for pipes, seabed pipelines, transit pipelines that opening of pipeline is unallowable or line transmission stoppage is not permissible. It features satisfactory sealing and thorough cleaning performance.

The rubber bushing and straight plate may be specifically configured according to requirements such as distance.

Spare Parts

Pig spare parts can be combined with basic model according to different pigging needs. Spare parts include: diameter-measuring aluminum plate, steel brush, nylon brush, magnet, support wheel, pressure relief valve, steel scraper blade.

Diameter-Measuring Aluminum Plate

It is composed of aluminum diameter measuring plate and pipeline cleaner. Diameter measuring plate is made according to GB50369-2006 "Specification for Construction and Acceptance of Oil and Gas Long-distance Pipeline Engineering" and Q/SY1262 "Mechanical Pig Technology", which is used to detect the deformation of pig. The external diameter of the measuring plate is generally 0.94 of minimum pipe diameter or 0.9 of average pipe diameter.

Steel Brush

Disc steel brush is mainly used for rust removal, welding tumor removal and decontamination of new pipeline and pipeline before inner coating, and also for wax removal of oil pipeline.

Nylon Brush

Nylon brush is mainly used for pipeline with internal corrosion protection

Magnet

Adopting high-strength NIB permanent magnets. It is suitable for removing iron debris, weld rod butts, etc. According to the pipeline transmission distance, transmission medium, choose different forms of pig collocation.

Support Wheel

Support wheel is consists of polyvinyl fluoride resin material, When matching with the basic pig, it can reduce the wear of sealing plate or sealing bowl, make the wear uniform, improve the sealing effect of pig in the pigging process, greatly prolong the service life of pig, can reduce the transmitting and receiving equipment, suitable for pipelines with large diameter and long distance without pigging station on the way.

Pressure Relief Valve

Pressure relief valve can be opened according to the predetermined pressure, in the process of using, if at the front of the pig has accumulated a lot of rubble, the pressure will continue to increase. The more debris there is, the more resistance, until the pig is blocked. Pipeline cleaner with pressure relief valve can end this phenomenon, When the pressure difference increases to a predetermined value, the relief valve opens immediately, allowing a certain amount of medium to pass through the pig and carry away the accumulation in front of the pig. After that, the pressure difference decreases, the relief valve closes, and the pig continues to operate. It is suitable for piping with a lot of scale, even if the pig is stuck in the pipe, it will not clog the pipe, because the bypass device will allow the medium to be transported to run continuously.

Steel Scraper Blade

Steel scraper blade is specially made according to different pipeline wall thickness, suitable for all kinds of pipelines to remove condensate and wax.
