Product description of Filter Separator Skid
Definition:
The filter element is used as the separation element, which is mainly used to remove the solid dust with small particle size entailed in natural gas and the separation equipment with large particle size droplet.
Structure:
The filter separator is mainly composed of cylinder, head, fast-opening blind flange, filter element assembly, blade demister, liquid collecting package, process and instrument, etc.
Working principle:
Gas, first enter the filter cartridge storehouse by filtering filter group to filter out fine dust and particle size of larger droplets, after filtered gas flow to the blade mist warehouse, gas hit the leaf blades of demister entrained in the gas on the blade into smaller droplets size larger droplets, and down into the liquid package. Clean natural gas is obtained after passing through the blade mist eliminator.

Application requirements:
1、The initial pressure drop of the filter separator should be less than 12KPa at the rated capacity;
2、The initial pressure drop of the filter element assembly of the filter separator should be less than 10KPa at the rated processing capacity;
3、The replacement pressure drop of the filter element of the filter separator (pressure drop shown by the differential pressure gauge) should not be greater than 120KPa.
