Description of Three Separator Skid products
Three separator skid applies the principle of gravity separation to separate oil, gas and water. The upper part of the inner chamber of the three separator is the gas chamber, and the gas outlet is on the upper part; The weir plate forms the lower part under the container into an oil chamber and a water chamber. The fluid entering the separator first reaches the upper part of the water chamber. Under the action of gravity, the bottom part is water, oil is above water, and the space above oil is natural gas. The pressure of the separator is adjusted through the back pressure control valve on the gas pipe line, and the oil and water level is adjusted through the level control system.
The separator uses two safety devices, bursting disc and safety valve. In case of abnormal situation, the pressure relief valve should be opened first, and the bursting disc should be opened to relieve pressure when the safety valve fails.
Horizontal three separators are equipped with gas pressure, gasoline interface and oil-water interface automatic controller, mounted on the oil field special skid, sulfur proof. The unit is equipped with a complete manifold system, easy to operate, including bypass lines and oil, gas and water interconnection manifoles. all manifoles are connected.
